This is a fellowship of Bible-thumpin’ believers, dedicated to sharing Jesus’ Light to a dark and troubled world. Our motto is “If it’s in there (The Bible), we try to do it; if it’s not, we try not to.”
“Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one gets into Heaven to the Father unless they go through Him (Jesus.)" (John 14:6)
We are a Bible-church in the country who stand on and in the "gap" mentioned in Ezekiel 22:30, which also says we should make up a “hedge.” Our purpose is to please God. We do that through praise, worship, study of His Word, and ministering to His people.
We baptize an average of 25-30 people / year. The commission for us who follow Jesus is to lead people to Him. If Jesus is not first place; if He is not the Head of the church; if it’s not about Him, it’s not a church.
We welcome any and all to our gathering. Our family accepts new family members routinely regardless of hair style, background, wallet size, or public standing.
Jesus said, ”My sheep know my voice”. He told Peter in John 21, “Follow Me.” He said it three (3) times. It would seem that He means for us to follow Him. We can do that utilizing His guidebook, the Bible, The Word. He says in John 6, “I am the Bread of Life.”
